The home is conveniently located just north of downtown Grapevine’s historic main street. Easy walking distance to downtown with ready access to walking trails all along the lakefront. Only minutes form Oak Grove Park and walking distance to the local elementary and middle schools.

Ten minutes from DFW airport and Dart rail. There is also quick access with SH 114, 121 and 360, I-635 and FM 2499 less than a five minute drive from the house. This can take you to all points north, south, east and west in the metroplex quickly.

Downtown Grapevine has dining, shopping and community events year round for the entire family. Main Street Days, Grapefest and Christmas activities provide  great entertainment within walking distance avoiding the traffic and parking issues for these events.
